Tuesday 6th July 17:30 - opening ceremony
This will be held in the main university buildings at 17:30 in the Soleil
d’Orient amphiteatre in the main buildings. We then move on to the
reception with buffet meal in the Kerjulaude building which is just across
the road, starting at about 19:30. A Fest Noz is a traditional Breton
gathering with music and dance, you are cordially invited to join in
Wednesday 7th July 18:30 - Reception at
the Town Hall of Lorient

Cap l’Orient, the district of Lorient.
Thursday 8th July 20:00 - Gala Dinner at
the Salons du Golf, Ploemeur
Gala Dinner at the Golf de Ploemeur. The dinner will be preceded by an
aperitif kindly offered by Larousse. There will be a short address from Mme
Marie-Pierre Levallois, managing director of Larousse.
Coaches have been arranged to take people from the centre of Lorient out
to the golf club. The club house is a beautiful site overlooking the dunes to
the west of Lorient
Coach transport has been arranged to and from the restaurant. Coaches will
leave from the Town Hall. Meeting time 19:00
